“I had a great stay at this Scottsdale resort. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The restaurant staff was just as great, and the food was excellent — both dinner and breakfast were really good. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also loved being able to use a bike to explore the property, which was beautiful and well kept. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Great day for Mothers Day Brunch at The Scottsdale. The grounds were beautiful and the Brunch spread was delicious. Many choices, all fresh, service with a smile. Only one area of opportunity. I requested an espresso to go with my dessert and it was declined by maybe the Captain. I was invited to go downstairs myself to purchase one, rather than being served as part of the Brunch. I later asked my server for plain coffee as the mug was part of our place setting, and was promptly served. Overall a great experience and would be delighted to return.”

“We had such a great experience during our stay, and Ethan at the front desk made it even better. He took very good care of us from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make accommodations that made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Ethan was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Customer service like his really stands out, and we truly appreciated everything he did for us. The hotel is beautiful with so many activities to choose from. We’re looking forward to staying again!”

“Had a wonderful stay at The Scottsdale Resort and Spa! Our king room was so spacious for an ordinary room. Everything was neat, clean and fully stocked. The front desk staff were very nice and informative, especially the gentleman with the braids (sorry, wish I would retain names). The Saturday morning complimentaty yoga class was great however I wish she would show every pose and not just say the names since I tend to forget what is what. The resort in general is so beautiful and felt very relaxing. The Djs at the pool were great and added to the vibe! The chicken sandwich and fries poolside were delicious! The daiquiri could've been better, it tasted watered down. There was a poolside charge accidentally added and front desk took care of removing it with no problem. The location is so accessible to old town Scottsdale and many other areas. I do wish there was slightly more to do as far as classes or complimentary offers but happy regardless.”

“Thank you for an amazing stay. Nathan was incredibly kind to take care of someone who desperately need to recharge and relax. Your staff is outstanding. Checking in was seamless and even though I knew I looked exhausted the front desk was warm and welcoming. Monica was so cheerful and brought a beautiful charcuterie plate to my room. My room was absolutely spotless and it was so relaxing. Antonio was my waiter and was so kind to let me choose where I wanted to sit, always made sure I had water, and let me take as long as I needed to order and relax. Joel was so thoughtful thinking to bring a toothbrush when I asked for toothpaste. Evelyn delivered my breakfast and was so happy to thank me for my stay. Even the maintenance team were so happy to say hello and help me find the pool. Being able to text the concierge to ask question and not have to call and talk to people was such a nice break. It was exactly what I needed to give my best to my patients at work. With my deepest appreciation, thank you.”

“I rarely write reviews but I enjoyed my stay at the resort celebrating my husband’s birthday. I enjoy a hotel where there are various activities on the property. We purchased a spa pass and had a great time relaxing and enjoying the spa’s amenities. The property also offered yoga classes but they conflicted with our schedule. We peaked into the game room but did not utilize it nor did we have time to visit the Madam (more of a reason to come back) I would say the highlight of my experience was the stellar customer service I received. Every morning we ate at the breakfast spot on site and we were warmly greeted by Jayme who always made sure we were taken care of. Outside of Jayme, staff were really great and they even supported us through a room service discrepancy regarding an older menu. I would highly recommend.”
